SAT, Hell, and Other Similar Things
I'm a junior in high school and currently my summer vacation is comprised of me studying for the SAT, going to a lab doing lab work (which is cool and fun but at the end of the day, it's all for college), and that's about it. There are so many projects that I want to do, that I canNOT do doing the school year. Like: take martial arts classes! professionally record music! write more music! get a job! but no. this girl ain't got time. EVEN in the summer. I love my parents, no doubt, but they have this ~you figure it out~ attitude, which I love because yay independence, but at the end of the day, me hanging out with people or doing these things comes down to their schedule (because I can't drive yet and I live in the middle of nowhere). Plus my mother doesn't support many of the activities listed above and when mom disapproves, the chance of it happening is like .2% Okay, I could try harder to push for these things. Yes, I could. But even I'm seeing the reality of the situation: it's basically impossible and that sucks. i guess we can't have everything we want which sucks even more. anyways, i'm supposed to be studying for the SAT (what a surprise!) so this is it for 2day.
